Not one member of our team has been self taught, which is too common with many smaller firms. All of our staff are professionally trained graduates of both design and development programs who are always advancing their education.

As the Development Director for any web based applications and database work, Ryan keeps everything running smoothly. He is the mastermind behind our Content Management and E-Commerce Systems.
Ryan has an excellent background in a variety of programming languages and has developed many new and innovative concepts that have streamlined the way our client's systems work.

As creative director of LinxSmart, Sean continues to impress us with his bold new design ideas and his exciting look at the future of web and graphic design.
Along with his obvious eye for stunning creative assets, Sean is also our CSS guru and continues to look for more efficient and stylish ways to render our clients websites. His trendy ideas keep us full of innovative designs to keep you above the competition.

As our newest team leader, Mike makes sure we stay on-top of the most exciting new technologies. He has led our development team through the creation of advanced video handling software, as well as expanding our knowledge of RSS feeds and podcasts.
Mike's well rounded development abilities extend to much of our front end devlopment involving JavaScript animation and AJAX as well as some extensive usability testing.
