Scott Stratten’s book, UN MARKETING is all about viral, social, and authentic marketing which he calls Un-Marketing. It gives excellent examples of how business are marketing their business, and why the social media environment can’t be ignored. The sad truth is most businesses suck at viral marketing. The ones who are doing it well are seeing a high ROI. Scott also conveys the importance in managing your online reputation for opportunities and threats and examples of what to do when they’re discovered.
