About the project
In order to improve efficiency for the staff at MIP, we developed a Business App designed to eliminate the constant use of spreadsheets, and moved data, such as parking passes, to an online platform where users can now pay and register online. Once registered, the admin at MIP are able to track billing, as well as membership, to the fitness facilities. In addition, we created an all-encompassing system to manage a program MIP provides for displaying artwork in the building. Our system processes the artists’ requests, organizes the selection process, and categorizes labels and bios of each artist. What once was done by hand is now automated, saving MIP staff and organizers a lot of time, and eliminating a lot of unnecessary paperwork.
